Summary: Assists Claims Department with processing claims

Responsibilities

Essential Duties

An administrative support role for Risk Management Services Company, a third-party administrator for workers' compensation and propety & casualty claims.  Duties may vary from administrative duties in support of claims representative to providing occasional back up to receptionist. 

 

Documents all activity and telephone conversations in systems

 

Participates in required continuing professional development.

Education and/or Experience                                                

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 1 year related experience or general office experience. Post secondary degree preferred.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Property & Casualty Agent license within 6 month of employment
